Lindsey’s Story
From navigating the seas of Maine to the complexities of the corporate world - collaboration, creativity, and commitment were central to her journey. Raised in a no-days-off sailing family, she learned early on to weather challenging situations. These experiences on the Atlantic instilled a sense of optimism and a knack for finding a way forward, no matter how difficult the path seemed.
At school, Lindsey embraced challenges. She once taught an entire high school musical cast to tap dance, demonstrating that with enough determination and a healthy dose of humor, everyone can learn complex steps. In college, she dove into Psychology, fascinated by human behavior and relationships. Being community-minded, she led a campus-wide service day, 'Into the Streets,' where the students went into the city serving a plethora of local needs.
Lindsey's leadership of that service program landed her a spot in the Women Leadership Training Institute at her college, where she connected with inspiring role models that sparked her interest in Human Resources, a field where she would spend the next 25 years. In HR, Lindsey excelled at understanding employee needs, celebrating achievements, and guiding career development. Known for her empathic and practical approach, she made complex situations accessible and actionable.
Marriage, an evening MBA, two kids, and a suitcase often packed for international trips—life was nonstop. Yet, after 25 years in corporate HR, Lindsey’s intuition told her it was time to plan her next chapter and focus on her passion: coaching. Drawing on years of firsthand experience supporting leaders and teams, her coaching practice is designed to help professionals navigate their careers with confidence and enthusiasm, inspire their teams, and meet heightened demands in rapidly changing industries.
