EXPLORATION
The coaching process starts with a discovery phase, where personal leadership challenges, goals, and aspirations are uncovered. This initial phase sets the stage for alignment between the leader’s vision and the coaching objectives, ensuring that the process is directed towards meaningful outcomes.
ASSESSMENT
Through the usage of assessments that include qualitative 360 interviews with key stakeholders and personality instruments, we learn more about a leader’s approach, tendencies, and strengths. This process allows a leader to reflect on their motivations, choices and the impact they have. From here a focused coaching strategy and roadmap for growth is crafted around a leader’s objectives.
EXECUTION
Working collaboratively, we move from understanding to action. Leaders are prepared to navigate challenges with an expanded range of options and approaches, all with the ongoing support of an active and trusted sounding board in their coach. The outcome is not only a path addressing immediate leadership challenges but also the foundation for continued personal growth and greater impact in their organizations.
