Leadership Coaching Engagements

Lindsey offers comprehensive, personalized coaching engagements for corporate clients who are dedicated to developing leaders. She works individually with leaders over the course of 3-6 months to:

  • Identify preliminary goals and ensure alignment with the sponsoring manager

  • Review a robust 360 assessment based on qualitative interviews with key stakeholders

  • Revisit and refine initial goals and create a development plan

  • Meet approximately every two weeks throughout the engagement for coaching sessions
